If a task is running or failed
A running job can remain in My videos while you leave the page. Open the history to check the current status before creating another task. Completion time depends on provider load and settings; this site does not promise a fixed wait.
The existing workflow returns reserved credits for confirmed failures. A delayed response is not the same as a confirmed failure. If the status stays unclear, contact support with the task identifier from your history and the time you started it.
If the clip completed but looks wrong
Changing to 2K raises the output resolution and cost; it does not reveal a face hidden in the input photo. Improve the references before retrying. A completed result still uses its quoted credits, even if you choose not to share it.
- Face drift: use a sharper front-facing portrait with fewer filters.
- Roles mixed up: make clothing and hairstyles more distinct and check slot order.
- Missing facial detail: avoid tiny crops, covered eyes or a cut-off chin.
- Awkward pet anatomy: the template uses a human performance; animal results can vary.
- Audio or mouth timing: review the full clip; the reference does not guarantee exact sound.
