Hotel Lobby AI Troubleshooting: Swapped Sides, Melted Faces, Bad Hands
A diagnosis page for Hotel Lobby AI failures — identity swap, face blend, missing mic, crop issues, and when to rerun versus change photos.
Updated 2026-10-05
Most bad Hotel Lobby clips fail in the stills, not in the prompt. This generator does not let you rewrite the stage. You change photos, duration, resolution, and frame.
Swapped sides
Confirm photo 1 is the person who should stand left of the mic. If a couple or two friends look similar, give them different jackets or hair before you generate.
Melted or blended faces
Causes: low resolution, sunglasses, group crops, matching outfits, heavy beauty filters. Use two clear portraits. See reference photos.
Missing microphone or booth
If the orange interior collapses, the reference clip did not dominate the motion. Keep the default template and avoid extra overlays after download until the base clip is readable.
Hands and lip sync
Hands and mouths are the first things to inspect. A 5-second trial is cheaper than a 15-second 2K clip for this check. If lips drift, try a still with a slightly open mouth instead of a wide smile.
Credits and errors
If the button says the balance is too low, open credits or pricing. If the job fails before a render starts, the charge is not kept. Account issues are also covered on the not working guide.
Frequently asked questions
Why did the two people swap sides?
The first upload is left and the second is right. If the photos were reversed, or both stills look too similar, the model can drift. Swap the uploads and keep outfits distinct.
The faces look melted. Should I rerun?
Rerun once. If the stills are small, filtered, or two-person crops, change the photos instead of burning credits on the same files.
